Online Banking

Paying a New Bill by Bill or Account Number:
 

  • To login click on the Online Banking Link.
  • Enter your user name.
  • Enter your password.
  • Press “login” to enter.
  • Press on “SADAD” button.
  • You’ll find all outstanding bills listed.
 
 
  • If the bill is not listed, or you want to pay a new bill for the first time, click “New Bill”.
  • After selecting “New Bill” you should choose GO’s name (code 033) from the drop down list and enter your GO account number in the text box.
  • If there is an outstanding bill then it will appear.
 
 
  • Click “Pay Bill” button to pay it.
  • Press “I Agree” if you have verified the details to proceed with the payment.
 
 
  • The system will ask you if you want to save in your profile so next time you’ll see it without typing the account number, click “OK” if you want to do so or “No” if not.
 

Paying Bill by Viewing Profile:

  • To login click on the Online Banking Link.
  • Enter your user name.
  • Enter your password.
  • Press “login” to enter.
  • Press on “SADAD” button.
  • You’ll find all outstanding bills listed.
  • You can either Pay them all by clicking on “Pay All” button or click on individual bills to pay it separately.
  • Press “I Agree” if you have verified the details to proceed with the payment.
